It has been designated for mixed-use development by the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers an unrivalled opportunity for a sustainable, mixed-use scheme.

Vacant possession: Anticipated November 2009.

Planning update:

The site is designated as 'white land' in the UDP and is allocated for a mixed-use development in the Draft Site Allocations (DPD). VSM Estates is currently working with the local authority on its Supplementary Planning Document for the site.

Future use:
A residential-led masterplan is being developed with scope for up to 1,500 units, together with some office, retail and leisure use.

Public consultation on plans: Spring 2009.

Estimated submission for planning: Summer 2009.

Estimated disposal date: 2010-2012.
