Former RAF Eastcote

Planning update:

The former RAF Eastcote was the first of the six surplus sites to be disposed of as part of Project MODEL. Outline planning consent was secured by the MOD for the site in August 2006, with demolition and remediation work completed in early 2009.
It was sold for development to one of the UK’s leading housebuilders, Taylor Wimpey, in January 2007, and a detailed planning consent was granted in spring 2008. Building work is now complete delivering approximately 385 new homes.
