Bill is Chief Executive of St Modwen Properties plc, a position he assumed in 2004 after four years as its Finance Director. He is also a Director of VSM Estates.

Bill has over 25 years' experience of working in the property industry with housing and commercial development companies, including Barratt, Alfred McAlpine and the Rutland Group.

David is a Director of VSM Estates and Managing Director of VINCI Investments Limited. He is also a Directeur du Developpement of the VINCI Concessions team in Paris, responsible for the UK and Ireland.
David has been responsible for PFI bids at VINCI Investments for the last 10 years. In addition he has been responsible for the company’s development projects and in particular a £150m mixed used scheme in Hounslow. He is a Director of the Severn Bridge, Newport SDR, Newport Unlimited and VINCI PLC.

Guy is Land Director at VSM Estates and Residential Director at St Modwen Properties with responsibility for managing the marketing of the six disposal sites within Project MODEL.

Prior to joining VSM Estates, Guy was Development Director at Crest Nicholson where he specialised in residential-led mixed-use developments within London and the South East of England.

VSM Estates and St Modwen Properties

Colin is Planning Manager at both VSM Estates and St Modwen Properties plc and is responsible for gaining planning consents for the disposal sites within Project MODEL.

Prior to joining St Modwen's London and South East regional office in 2004, Colin had gained over 25 years' experience in central and local government and in consultancy as a planner and urban designer mainly working in the southern half of the country.
