Welcome to VSM Estates' website for Project MODEL, Defence Estates' flagship strategic programme for its estate in London.

Please use these pages to find out more about the work of VSM, which is a joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and VINCI PLC, and the activities that have been undertaken as part of Project MODEL.

A number of landmark successes have already been achieved in the delivery of MODEL. Construction work at RAF Northolt is now well underway, and four of the six disposal sites in London have now received planning consent, with two sold to national housebuilders and the receipts used to fund construction costs at RAF Northolt.

We are also delighted that the plans for redevelopment at RAF Bentley Priory received planning consent in July 2008. Further information on these plans, and all of our other activities, can be found on this website.
