Welcome to VSM Estates' website for Project MODEL, Defence Infrastructure Organisation’s (DIO) flagship strategic programme for its estate in London.

Please use these pages to find out more about the work of VSM, which is a joint venture between St Modwen Properties PLC and VINCI PLC, and the activities that have been undertaken as part of Project MODEL.

A number of landmark successes have already been achieved in the delivery of MODEL. Construction work at RAF Northolt is now complete, and all of the six disposal sites in London have now received planning consent, with three sold to national housebuilders and the receipts used to fund construction costs at RAF Northolt.

This includes the sale of the historic Bentley Priory site in Harrow, North London in September 2010 and the granting of planning consent at the former RAF Uxbridge in January 2012.
